Born and raised in Vernon, Kayla grew up surrounded by stunning lakes, mountains, and endless opportunities to hike, camp, and connect with the natural world. This deep connection to nature shaped her intuitive sensitivity from a young age, fostering a quiet awareness of energy, emotion, and the unseen layers of life.

Over the years, Kayla found herself drawn more and more toward spiritual exploration, multidimensional healing, and understanding the deeper purpose behind our life experiences. Her journey eventually led her to the Akashic Records, where she discovered a profound way to access soul-level wisdom and support meaningful transformation.

Today, Kayla offers Akashic Blueprint Integration Sessions and Sanctuary Meditation Journeys, each designed to help clients reconnect with their inner truth, release energetic patterns, and step into greater alignment. She approaches every session with grounded presence and intuitive openness, allowing the experience to unfold uniquely based on the client’s needs and the guidance that comes forward.

Kayla is passionate about supporting healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—and she holds a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit and the magic that arises when we remember who we truly are.

Outside of her practice, she loves exploring the Okanagan’s natural beauty, spending time with her husband and three boys, studying new energetic modalities, and continuing her own journey of growth and expansion.
