Illuminated Journeys ~ 1:1 session

BREATH-WORK –
The 1:1 breath-work sessions are a wonderful way to recalibrate your nervous system and to allow your body to release any stored emotions or traumas. There is also the potential to connect to altered states of consciousness and receive wisdom and guidance from your higher Self and your Guides and helping Spirits. By doing breath-work in a 1:1 dynamic it really allows for you to be able to receive direct support and guidance as you move through your session, and to set your intentions for what you are wanting to move and clear in such a way that this will become a focal point of the session.
The breath-work portion itself is an hour in length and then there is about 15-20 mins on either end for intake and integration. So each session is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in duration.
Music is played during the sessions and Jody treats each session in a ceremonial and sacred way. The style of breath-work Jody facilitates is called Spiritus and it is trauma informed; somatic based and shamanic in nature.
SHAMANIC ENERGY MEDICINE –
Working with the healing powers and sacred energy of her Mesa, Jody offers Illumination sessions which work with your energy body and luminous energy field to recalibrate your nervous system and also to balance your chakras while intentionally clearing any imprints and heavy dense energy that often is stored in the body and energy field from trauma, wounding and stories that no longer serve or are self limiting. These sessions are approximately 1.5 – 2 hours in duration depending on what arises in a session.
COMBINED BREATHWORK AND ENERGY MEDICINE –
A combined journey can be experienced as well where both Breathwork and Energy Medicine are combined to meet you where you are at in your own personal journey and to provide you personalized support that incorporates both modalities. These are particularluy potent sessions and will be closer to 2 hours in duration.
