Yoga Nidra is a practice of meditative self inquiry based on the ancient teachings of yoga. Yoga Nidra can be used as a technique to induce deep relaxation, helps with insomnia, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, fear and self-limiting beliefs and patterns. During yoga Nidra, we become submerged and receptive and eventually relax into deep meditative states of consciousness. Yoga Nidra is specifically designed to allow you to enter a place between waking and sleeping, while remaining consciously alert.
Bring a Yoga mat, props and blanket so that you can relax as much as possible to experience Yoga Nidra.
