Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation process that offers harmonization to the body on three cohesive levels; physical, mental and emotional.
It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of restful nights sleep.
Effective for PTSD, insomnia/sleep issues, stress management, physical health concerns and over-active minds. Yoga Nidra promotes mental clarity, productivity, creativity, and decisiveness.
This 9 step traditional method is practiced lying on your back in comfort and stillness.

Your teacher, Jenna Olsthoorn has been teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork retreats for 7 years. She is an RMT and owner of One Tree Wellness, living in Squamish BC.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything else that will keep you comfortable and cozy while laying on the floor.
