If the “inner commentary” is taking over and worries and anxiousness are preventing you from living a full life, this safe and calming workshop may be for you. Attain a tool box of techniques I used to overcome a 15 year anxiety disorder including gentle yoga, breath work, meditations, visualizations and more. No previous yoga experience is required.
Guided by Lisa Dumas. Lisa is an experienced yoga teacher who shares how yoga opened her up to a new way of experiencing her mind and body which led to healing, recovery and a transformation into a life of humbly and passionately sharing yoga with others.
