To Thine Own Self Be True – Special Valentines Event

Come gather with Jody Phoenix of Illuminated Journeys and Tamara McLellan from Wild Sky Sisters for a very special Valentines gathering. This event is suitable for couples and singles alike.
In this 2.5 hour workshop, your hosts Jody and Tamara will guide you through a delicious movement and meditation practice designed to open your heart and guide you home to Self.
Participants are guided first to turn inwards, deepening their connection to their body. We will explore what it means to ‘have our own back’ and embrace a radical sense of self accountability and integrity.
We’ll open and realign to our hearts. We’ll create space for a practice of conscious listening and witnessing one another and then move into sharing – if desired. You’re invited to come solo or with a partner – either way you are leaving with a new sense of self and a remembrance of being true to the one who needs it most – YOU. Independence to interdependency. Peace within to better outer relationships.
