Community Breath Journey

A community breath journey – an opportunity for us to gather in sacred circle and breathe for ourselves, our communities and our world.

This breath journey has only 6 spots available so that each participant has ample space to explore and breathe in. We are in a very dynamic time, with things changing moment to moment and for many people, it has been a challenging and isolating experience. With the support of the May full moon on the horizon, we will join our hearts in circle, and have the opportunity to show up together exactly as we are. We will have a chance to move our bodies, to listen, to share, to breathe and to integrate.

With breath and body as our guides, we will open into the mystery of what is unfolding. Every inhale, a opportunity to receive aliveness, support and connection. Every exhale, an invitation to surrender, to release and create space for something new. This is a journey of curiosity and grace, woven together with the deepest love.


Conscious breathing is a powerful tool that can help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and connect with body, heart, and spirit. By engaging a circular, connected breath pattern over a prolonged period of time – we can release stuck energy and emotion, complete experiences in a supportive space, relieve tension patterns in the body, reduce stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of connection overall.


This simple and profound practice of actively using your breath to take life in and release what your body no longer needs, can feel like a meditation, combined with rejuvenation, rest, emotional release and a deep remembering. Your breath has the power to let go of what’s no longer serving you and reconnect you with the essence of who you are. Breath is life.

We will join in circle, move our bodies, listen, share and learn a bit about the breath itself. Then we will open into a 1 hour breath journey together, completed with a generous space for integration and closing.

No previous experience is required, just a willingness to explore with curiosity and an open heart. While the breathing practice is different for everyone and each journey is unique, some benefits and experiences may include:

  • emotional release
  • lower stress and anxiety
  • letting go of old stories and energy that no longer serve you
  • integration of trauma and incomplete experiences
  • a deeper connection to your inner wisdom and the unseen
  • feeling lighter, clearer and more joyful
  • connecting with your intuition and inner strength
  • improved sleep and ability to relax/rest



  • a yoga mat or something soft to lay on
  • a pillow
  • a blanket or 2
  • a light scarf to cover your eyes if you would like
  • a water bottle and journal
