Sexual & intimate health and relationships are an important aspect of our wellbeing, yet it is often misunderstood and still entrenched in taboo and dark negative energy. (Just ask any teenager why adults are so awkward here – they don’t even know – and you used to be that teenager!) I believe that larger forces have been keeping this aspect of wellbeing cloaked in shame and fear for some time. I do believe there is still an agenda to strongly keep the sacred masculine and feminine energy down, it’s in media, with women’s rights, and in our own lineage and family histories and experiences. These create and perpetuates sexual trauma by a “thousand little cuts” in all men and women alive. It affects our children and all relationships too.
