PRESENCE: A Guided Sound Journey Circle

Join Jody Phoenix from Illuminated Journeys and Isabela Gasparini from MetaWomen for a beautiful offering to take you into your inner depths with sacred sound with guided processes and the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls along with vibration sounds of the traditional drum.
Exchange is $60 or if you identify as BIPOC then please accept the reduced rate of $55.

⭐A sound bath using seven crystal bowls is a therapeutic practice that combines the soothing sounds and vibrations produced by these bowls to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. To integrate this expansive journey, you will experience the ethereal sounds of the crystal singing bowls washing over your body, and helping you release any stress or tension.
⭐ Each crystal bowl is made of 99.99% quartz crystal, ensuring precise tuning and creating a harmonious and resonant sound. These bowls are considered unique musical instruments due to their exceptional properties.
⭐The crystal bowls used in a sound bath are specifically tuned to 432 Hz, which is believed to be a frequency closely aligned with nature and the universe. This tuning is thought to promote a sense of harmony and balance within the body and mind.
