An event every week that begins at 12:45 pm on Monday, repeating until March 1, 2021
Take time to connect with your body and baby in a grounding and strengthening 60 minute prenatal yoga class. You will work towards calming your mind and strengthening your body while preparing yourself for birth and motherhood. Prenatal Yoga classes are also a great opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in your community.
Mondays 12:45pm – 1:45pm
3 week series February 8th – March 1st (no class Family Day Feb. 15th)
$45 + GST ($47.25)
This class is for all trimesters and ability levels. No previous yoga experience necessary.
*Due to COVID-19 restrictions no studio mats, props and water cups will be available. Please bring a mat and a blanket, and anything else you may want for a relaxing Savasana (pillows, bolster).
Studio guidelines for COVID-19 will be posted just after Christmas.
*Do not come to class if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms*
