An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until December 20, 2021
Mom & Baby Yoga is great for those recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. By joining Mom & Baby yoga, you are caring for your own physical and mental health without leaving your little one behind. Mom & Baby yoga is also a great way to meet other new moms in your community!
These Mom & Baby Yoga classes are suitable for all moms and babies from 6-weeks-old (8 weeks post C-section) to pre-crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
*Please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket and/or pillow for a comfortable relaxation.
