Mom & Baby Yoga (2 Class Times)

An event every week that begins at 9:45 am on Monday, repeating until February 22, 2021
Mom & Baby Yoga is great for those recovering from pregnancy and childbirth. By joining Mom & Baby yoga, you are caring for your own physical and mental health without leaving your little one behind. Mom & Baby yoga is also a great way to meet other new moms in your community!
These Mom & Baby Yoga classes are suitable for all moms and babies from 6-weeks-old (8 weeks post C-section) to pre-crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Mondays February 1st – 22nd (no class on Family Day, Feb. 15th)
9:45 – 10:45am OR
11:15am – 12:15pm
Cost: $45 + GST ($47.25)
*Space is limited to 7 spots due to social distancing – students will be at least 8 feet apart.
*Masks are to be worn when entering the studio and may be removed once on your mat.
*Additional Covid-19 guidelines will be emailed out to those who register.
