Join us for Kangatraining! We are offering a six-week course with an additional (optional) Kanga on wheels class. Our classes blend fitness, bonding, and community support to create an unforgettable experience for you and your baby. For just $120, you’ll enjoy 1 hour sessions designed to strengthen your body, boost your energy, and enhance your well-being—all while nurturing your bond with your little one.
Kangatraining is a fitness program specifically designed for mamas and their babies. It involves exercises and movements that incorporate the baby carrier as a way to engage both parent and child in the workout. The classes typically include cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises, all tailored to the needs of postpartum bodies. Kangatraining not only helps mamas regain their fitness after childbirth but also promotes bonding between parent and baby and provides a supportive community environment for new parents.
