Grounded: the Workshop

It can be challenging to find your balance when the wind picks up. Sometimes it can feel as though the gust is never ending and you’re barely managing to hold on.
So what can you do when you find yourself in these moments of instability?
How can you help yourself into a state of rootedness where the wind feels as though it just kisses your skin?
In this 4 hour workshop titled Grounded, you will be graced with community and compassion, a safe space to feel and heal in the ways your spirit is ready for. Focusing on the Root Chakra of the energy body, you will better connect to your own understanding of self- what triggers the feeling of instability, how to observe yourself in order to recognize it sooner, which everyday practices work for you, how to hold space for yourself and increase the flow of energy to every other Chakra in your body.
While present together, this workshop is considered ‘movement free’ so we will be lighting up the senses through Guided Savasana/Meditation, Circle Sharing, Mindfulness, Journaling + Sound Therapy. To accompany our mindfulness work, you will also receive an emailed link for a movement based class to further your rooting into mind body connection that can be done at home at any time.
