Free introduction to the Expressive Arts with Suzan Denis.  Art making, journaling, visualization, movement, sound, and/or improvisation are all modalities under the umbrella of “expressive arts”.  Each modality on its own has the ability to take us on a journey inward to access and express parts of “self”.  Imagine the depth of discovery, communion, and expression available to us when we layer modalities.  We enter into the process through one modality and amplify our awareness as we add in other modalities.  It’s a great way to invite the body, mind, and spirit into connection.  Join me on Monday, January 4 from 6:30 to 7:30.  I will share more information about this sacred practice of caring for your life and give you a delicious taste of the process.
