This fall breath journey has just 11 spots available so that each participant has ample space to explore and breathe. You are welcome to come as you are and join our circle of support. Showing up authentically, and honestly, we will explore our inner and outer worlds, through moving our bodies, listening, sharing, and breathing.
With breath and body as our guides, we will open into the mystery. Every inhale, an opportunity to receive aliveness, support and connection. Every exhale, an invitation to surrender, to release and create space for something new. This is a journey of curiosity and grace, woven together with the deepest love.
WHAT IS CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK?
Conscious breathing is a powerful tool that can help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and connect body, heart, and spirit. By engaging a circular, connected breath pattern over a prolonged period of time – we can release stuck energy and emotion, complete experiences in a supportive space, relieve tension patterns in the body, reduce stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of connection overall.
WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE:
This simple and profound practice of actively using your breath to take life in and release what your body no longer needs, it can feel like a meditation, combined with rejuvenation, rest, emotional release and a deep remembering. Your breath has the power to let go of what’s no longer serving you and reconnect you with the essence of who you are. Breath is life.
No previous experience is required, simply a willingness to explore with curiosity and an open heart. While the breathing practice is different for everyone and each journey is unique, some benefits and experiences may include:

PLEASE BRING WITH YOU:
– a yoga mat or something soft to lay on
– a pillow
– a blanket or 2
– a light scarf to cover your eyes if you would like
– a water bottle and journal
