Join Sam for a weekly Chakra Hatha Yoga class during the month of November for all levels.
Sliding scale available –
Join for the entire month and “Flow through November” with a bundle option that is pre paid via etransfer with a sliding scale of $40-$85 – etransfers can be sent to samschruder@gmail.com ** Please note there is no class on November 9th
Or join as you are able to by dropping into a class. Each individual class will be $10-$25 payable after the class either by cash or e transfer 
The class is 9-10:15am.
