Unlock powerful breathing techniques to optimize your health, performance and well being.
This workshop is designed to offer you an experiential understanding of the power your breath holds
and the knowledge of how to manipulate it to elicit more desirable states within your body. We will
journey through many techniques, classical and contemporary, including conscious connected
breathing, while weaving in the science that underlies these techniques, their history and philosophy
along the way!
You will leave this workshop with practical tools to implement in your day to day life to ease stress,
improve focus and enhance your performance! Participants often leave feeling energized, refreshed

Jeff Sorensen works as a Paramedic for the British Columbia Ambulance Service. He has trained as a 500
hr yoga teacher with Nai’a Life and Yandara Yoga Institute. He has trained in many different breathing
techniques with some of the premier facilitators in the world including Wim Hof, Jhenneviev Heartt and
Richie Bostock. He has immersed himself deeply in human optimization for the last decade. He is
passionate about sharing what he has learned with others and has dedicated his life to doing so. Jeff is
originally from Revelstoke, BC and resides in Victoria, BC.
