Jeff Sorensen has trained as a 500-hr Vinyasa/Hatha yoga teacher with Nai’a Life and Yandara Yoga Institute. He has trained in many different breathing techniques with some of the premier facilitators in the world including Wim Hof and Jhenneviev Heartt. He has studied classical pranayama through Sivananda Yoga and Kundalini Pranayama techniques with David-Shannahoff Khalsa.
He has immersed himself deeply in human optimization for nearly 15 years. He is passionate about sharing what he has learned with others and has dedicated his life to doing so. Jeff works as a Paramedic for the British Columbia Ambulance Service. He is originally from Revelstoke, BC and resides in Victoria, BC.
