Each ceremonial session will be guided with a clear explanation of a healthy circular breathing pattern, ceremonial music and one on one support.
“The Breathwave” is a complete guided experience of your own breath flowing as a continuous and open wave. This conscious, circular breathing technique gently improves the flow of oxygen and vital force (prāṇa) in the whole body and mind, facilitating vibrant health, mental and emotional clarity, and spiritual freedom.
With this gentle but powerful practice the benefits are different for each individual, as a self-healing modality our own life force intelligence moves where we need it and the bodies natural wisdom re-establishes harmony and balance.
Our breath pattern is mostly unconscious, limited and restricted. The first level of this training is about improving the quality of our own breathing. On a physical level this has unlimited benefits. As the diaphragm expands into a relaxed belly the internal organs are massaged, unwanted toxins purified and the direct message to the central nervous system creates a relaxation response through the entire body.
Emotionally our lives are a result of our thoughts and feelings. When we learn to practice vibrational healing techniques to maintain a high vibrational frequency and keep our energy field shimmering, our lives become a glorious dance of everything we want to see, instead of everything we are pushing away.

Robin Clements is a Sr. Trainer of Conscious Connected Breathing, Doctor of Divinity, Yoga Instructor and holistic health practitioner with 18 years experience facilitating breath work.
His home base is now British Columbia where he began his journey of bridging the east and west with open heart surgery saving his life at the age of 4. Living 18 years in latin America Robin has been an integral part of conscious community in deep relationship with elders and medicine families. He is globally respected for his heart centred, ceremonial guidance of vibrational medicine.
