Begin Again: A Movement + Mindfulness Series

The month of September is associated with the summer sun setting and the routines reestablishing.
The Monday after Labour day, a 4 week series arrives to Tidal Elements with the intentions of helping you transition with ease into the season ahead – Not just the season of fall, but the season of YOU.
“Begin Again” is about feeling encouraged and supported in your current days so you can make empowered decisions for yourself and nurture you as it is so needed. It’s been a wild ride, finding the flow through the constantly changing energies, hasn’t it?
This series is for any body looking to move, breathe, stretch and connect. Curiosity and an open mind is all that is required even if this experience is new! Amy will guide you to feel into your body, to find the positions that work for you physically and hold sacred space for you to self observe along the way.
A combination of flowing through movements, stretching with grace and resting in stillness, you will find places to pause, observe and love on. Working with the nervous system, we will reclaim inner peace, feelings of centered essence, connectedness, safety, stability and self trust.
With a community of like minded individuals, also on their own journey of mind body connection, when we come together as a collective, it produces a beautiful feeling of charged currents. This energy is powerful and healing in its own right, we start with ourselves and let it naturally vibrate outwards, so let’s “begin again,” together.
