Mind Body Yoga – By Donation

Bring your open heart along with your yoga mat and enjoy ‘being’ for an evening. Show up, just as you are and tend to the parts of you that could use a bit more love and care through movement and mindfulness.
Amy will guide you through a mind body connecting flow and stretch yoga practice, creating space to breathe deeply, to observe your body and to connect to the present moment. There will be optional energetic grounding facilitated for every individual in the final savasana by Amy as well. No experience is necessary, just an open mind and willingness to listen to your body is needed. All are welcome.
The goal is to have you shift into a clearer state of mind, discover the subtleties of your intuition and rise up with empowerment. You are so important to take care of, this is just one multifaceted opportunity to do so, together.
This class is being held on Monday, October 4th from 6:30-8pm and it’s being run by donation – registration will be required to count you in!
You will need to bring your own yoga mat, water, blanket and anything else that creates comfort. Supplied for you will be a yoga bolster and blocks for practice.
