4 Week Beginner Level Acro Yoga!
Wednesdays 7-8:30pm September 18, 25, & October 2, 9.
Acro Yoga is so much fun! It is a great way to improve your strength, stability, and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. You can do it and you will be so glad that you did!
This series will be an All Levels class but will still be great for complete beginners. We will be working to create a flow over the 4 weeks.
No experience in Acro Yoga, yoga, or acrobatics necessary!
Come with or without a partner/friends (Yes you can come alone! I started acro alone and many people in the last series came alone)

Safety is a top priority in our classes and we will be teaching spotting with every new pose. We will encourage everyone to try basing, flying, and spotting in my workshops but will also give you space to choose not to participate in any of the roles if you choose otherwise.

Drop ins will be allowed for the first class only at $20 each unless discussed otherwise.
