A multi-dimensional sound experience including layers of binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432 Hz harmonic tuning, bioacoustic sound effects, somatic breathwork, subliminal affirmations, with guided coaching. Allowing the connection to your breath take you on a journey unlike anything else. Creating a safe space, finding comfort in the studio setting we will review use of the provided headphones, breathing patterns, allowing you to take control of your experience. As you are supported throughout the journey Dustin will assist with ensuring your safety.
