Tidal Elements is a Healing Arts hub in the heart of downtown Vernon.

In our Tidal Team Clinic Practitioners section, you can read up on the different healing professionals that grace our space. Our Clinic boasts a wide array of healing practices to choose from to meet your needs, including: Registered Massage Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Osteopathy, Infrared Light Therapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Intuitive Massage, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Yoga Therapy, BioEnergetics, BioField Tuning, Integrative Energy Healing, Reiki, Past Life Regression and more. We are proud to have such a wealth of expertise and modalities being offered out of our Clinic space.
We also have a beautiful Studio space that classes, workshops and courses are run out of, including: Yoga, Meditation, Crystal Bowl Sound Healings, Sound & Dance Workshops, Biodynamic Craniosacral Trainings, and much more.
