This 4 week workshop series taught by Nika (@acroface) and Aiden (@ropezilla) is a great way to try out Acro Yoga or improve on your existing skills. If you haven’t heard of acro yoga before, acro yoga is a mix of poses in a partnership or group – mixed with a little bit of acrobatics and a lot of FUN! Safety is a top priority in our classes and we will be teaching spotting with every new pose. We will encourage everyone to try basing, flying, and spotting in our workshops but will also give you space to choose not to participate in any of the roles if you choose otherwise. *No experience in Acro Yoga, yoga, or acrobatics necessary! *Come with or without a partner/friends..
