Uplift your spirits through the wisdom of Ayurveda and yoga practices to release the stagnant energy the winter months can build up.
We will explore ways to shake off the blues, practice ways to harness the winter energy and learn techniques to enjoy this hibernation time.
This 4 week series is offered on Saturday nights from 7:00pm-8:15pm, starting February 8th.
